Classical Minds Guitar Festival

Saturday 14th March 2020 at 9:30am
To Sunday 15th March 2020 at 7:00pm
Foxton
Foxton Village Hall, Hardman Road, Cambridgeshire, Foxton CB22 6RN
£125(without master class or lessons) + £10 for 1 Master class or £10 for 1 private lesson (both is £15)

Due to another festival choosing the same dates as CM, we are forced to move our festival from end of October to mid March.

2018 marked the 14th Anniversary of this 6-day educational event held every June in Texas for those who play or appreciate classical guitar. Renowned concert artists and educators came from throughout the world to teach, coach and perform in concerts and recitals. CM took place in Houston, Texas for 14 years and is now moving to England! Our first UK "Classical Minds" will take place in the village of Foxton at Foxton Village Hall, just outside of Cambridge.

The festival is open to all ages from primary school through university and graduate school plus adult amateurs who study privately or just enjoy playing.

CM offers private lessons, master classes, guitar orchestra, guitar class, and a lecture recital by Mathew James.

This year's faculty includes Daniela Rossi, Valerie Hartzell, Raymond Burley and CM Festival Assistant, Mathew James. Hartzell & Rossi will perform a concert on the evening of the 15th. Tickets are £10.

Exhibitors welcome! All forms and information plus the schedule can be found on line or you can email Artistic Director, Valerie Hartzell
